The City of Hendersonville Human Resources Department provides personnel related services to all City departments. These services include administration of employee benefits; coordinating the recruitment and selection process, maintaining personnel data, files, and records; administering workers’ compensation and safety programs; filing state and federal reports; as well as disciplinary matters.
As an employer, the City of Hendersonville maintains a workforce of about 200 fulltime positions providing many public services and performing a multitude of diverse and challenging jobs.
